Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Time: Standard Delivery takes 2-4 business days, depending on location.

Economy Delivery take 3-6 business days, depending on location
Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Tracking: All orders include a tracking number, provided once shipped.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
 

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Period

 

 

You may return eligible items within 14 days of the purchase

 

 

2. Condition of Items

 

 

To qualify for a return, items must be:

 

Unused and in the same condition as when received
In the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included

 

 


3. Proof of Purchase

 

 

All returns must be accompanied by a receipt, order confirmation, or invoice.

 

 

4. Refunds

 

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees and Processing Fees (if any) are non-refundable.

 

 


5. Exchanges

 

 

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us before sending it back.

 

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

 

 

The following items cannot be returned:

 

Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
Digital/downloadable products
Perishable or personalized goods

Subscriptions Related to Shoe Care

 

 


7. Return Shipping

 

 

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will provide a prepaid return label.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
